What are your office hours?

Monday through Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with after hours voicemail, including holidays.

Should I reserve my Equipment in advance?

CARE accepts reservations up to a year in advance. Once your plans are firm then make your equipment reservation.

Will you deliver to my hotel?

Yes. All Disney, Universal and International Drive hotels and resorts, including the surrounding areas are free delivery and pick up with advance reservations.

Will you send me a confirmation?

Yes. We will email it to you. Please check over all the information, electronically sign and return a copy to CARE.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give us at least 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or any other changes. We also have ”voicemail” after hours.

When do you run the charges on my card?

We run the full rental amount the 48 hours prior to delivery.

Do I need to reconfirm near the deliver date?

No, it is not necessary. However, certainly feel free to do so.

Does CARE accept private insurance or Medicare?

There is a regulatory problem when you DO NOT have a choice to what provider you can use to provide your prescribed medical device. In this case, the insurance company ONLY works with the contracted provider thus eliminating competition. You are just another number, especially with “national providers,” where it is all about making money. CARE specializes in allowing you to make a choice, with live support available to make sure that we give you those choices and that you are making the correct ones.

Do we handle warranty issues?

Yes, we are one of the FEW online retailers that will back up any claim that the product purchased is working correctly and you understand how to use it properly. Whatever the manufacturer’s warranty is, we will honor it. We will simply send you a new one at no cost to you, versus sending you parts for you to have to figure out how to fix yourself or even worse left to deal directly with the manufacturer.

Do you need a prescription to order from us if it is required?

If it is required by law the answer is yes. In this case, you are agreeing to the sole responsibility to make sure that you do have a prescription for the order and that you do have the prescription in hand prior to shipment of the product to you. Please call us to find out if a prescription is required for any product purchased with OMR.

Is my payment safe?

Yes, your payment is made though our secured server and encrypted. PLEASE REMEMBER WE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE LIVE TO YOU DURING BUSINESS HOURS TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.

Is there a delivery charge for reservations made in advanced?

No, all deliveries within our service area zip codes have complimentary delivery as long as your reservation has been made 2 days before your arrival day.

Is there a delivery charge for same day delivery?

Yes, there is a $25 delivery charge for same day delivery.

Is there a delivery charge for an emergency delivery?

Yes, there is a $50 delivery charge for all emergency deliveries.

What is the best time to reach you?

Monday

Should I reserve my Equipment in advance?

Care Medical Equipment® (OMR) accepts reservations up to a year in advance. Once your plans are firmed up then make your equipment reservation.

Will you deliver to my hotel?

Yes. All Disney, Universal, Sea World and International Drive hotels and resorts. We deliver to homes and businesses in the surrounding areas. Delivery and pick up are free with advance reservations.

Will you send me a confirmation?

Yes we will email it to you.Please check all the information to be sure it is correct. You will also receive order receipts upon completion of your orders.

Do I need to reconfirm near the deliver date?

No, it is not necessary. However, we love to hear from you.

I sent an e-mail and why haven’t I received a response?

To make sure our e-mails are not sent into your spam folder, please make sure your inbox is set to receive messages from Care Medical Equipment and Orlando Medical Rentals.

Can I leave my medical equipment every night with the resort bell services instead of bringing it to my room?

No, please have your medical equipment with you when you return to your hotel room. It is a courtesy of the hotels that our medical equipment is delivered to and picked up from their luggage rooms. The medical equipment must remain with you over night during your vacation. Our rental agreement states that the customer is responsible for the medical equipment while it is in their possession.
