We run the full rental amount the 48 hours prior to delivery.
No, it is not necessary. However, certainly feel free to do so.
There is a regulatory problem when you DO NOT have a choice to what provider you can use to provide your prescribed medical device. In this case, the insurance company ONLY works with the contracted provider thus eliminating competition. You are just another number, especially with “national providers,” where it is all about making money. CARE specializes in allowing you to make a choice, with live support available to make sure that we give you those choices and that you are making the correct ones.
Yes, we are one of the FEW online retailers that will back up any claim that the product purchased is working correctly and you understand how to use it properly. Whatever the manufacturer’s warranty is, we will honor it. We will simply send you a new one at no cost to you, versus sending you parts for you to have to figure out how to fix yourself or even worse left to deal directly with the manufacturer.
If it is required by law the answer is yes. In this case, you are agreeing to the sole responsibility to make sure that you do have a prescription for the order and that you do have the prescription in hand prior to shipment of the product to you. Please call us to find out if a prescription is required for any product purchased with OMR.

No, please have your medical equipment with you when you return to your hotel room. It is a courtesy of the hotels that our medical equipment is delivered to and picked up from their luggage rooms. The medical equipment must remain with you over night during your vacation. Our rental agreement states that the customer is responsible for the medical equipment while it is in their possession.
